Our Story
TREK was founded when three engineers came together around a shared vision to bring clarity and confidence to one of the most uncertain corners of engineering: the ground beneath our feet. They set out to provide unrivaled risk management in geotechnical engineering by building a team of skilled, motivated, and principled professionals. We embrace the natural variability of the environment and the processes that shape the landscapes where our clients’ projects take place.
Our name, “TREK,” reflects both the journey it took to start our company and the journey we share with every client. We act as true partners in our clients’ success, managing risk as if it were our own. This philosophy, combined with entrepreneurial drive and deep technical expertise, has fueled our growth into one of Manitoba’s largest privately owned engineering consulting firms. As we celebrate 15 years, TREK Engineering Inc. continues to expand across Western Canada and the North, delivering trusted, innovative solutions and building lasting client relationships.
